Terms of Service
Last updated 4 October 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Looop ("Looop", "we", "us") and govern your use of meetlooop.com, creator pages on mylooop.link, the Looop app, the waitlist and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
If you use the Services for a business, you accept these Terms for that business and confirm you have authority to do so.
1. Who can use Looop
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract. You may not use the Services if you are barred from doing so under applicable law or if we have previously closed your account for breaking these Terms.
2. The Services
Looop provides tools to build a link-in-bio page, sell products and services, and manage follow-up with customers. The Services are under active development. Features marked as preview, beta, example or simulated may change, may not be accurate and may be withdrawn. For example, the page grader on our site is a preview and its results are illustrative until the live audit launches.
We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Services. If a change materially reduces a paid feature you use, we will tell you in advance where reasonably possible.
3. The waitlist and reserved handles
Joining the waitlist is free. A reserved handle is a reservation, not ownership. You may not sell, transfer or trade a handle. We may decline, release or change a handle if it:
- impersonates a person, brand or organization, or infringes someone's trademark or other rights;
- is offensive, misleading or reserved for system use;
- was reserved with false details or in bulk; or
- is not claimed within the period we set at launch.
4. Waitlist offer and referral rewards
The waitlist offer and referral rewards are described on the waitlist page. We will honor the offer as described when you joined, subject to these Terms. Rewards apply at launch.
- A referral counts only when a real, different person joins the waitlist through your link.
- Self-referrals, fake or disposable emails, automated sign-ups and other manipulation do not count, and may cancel your rewards.
- Rewards are personal, cannot be transferred and have no cash value.
- Specific terms for each reward (such as plan, start date and shipping for physical items) will be shown before the reward is applied.
5. Your account
When accounts open, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Give accurate information and keep it up to date. Tell us promptly at info@meetlooop.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- break any law, or help others do so;
- publish phishing, malware, scams, deceptive offers or links that try to steal information;
- sell illegal, counterfeit, stolen or regulated goods or services without the required permissions;
- publish sexually explicit content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes minors;
- harass, threaten, defame or impersonate anyone, or promote violence or hatred;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- send spam or unsolicited messages, including through automations, or break the rules of connected platforms;
- scrape, overload, probe or interfere with the Services, or get around limits or security; or
- resell or copy the Services without our written permission.
We may review, remove or limit content, pages or accounts that we reasonably believe break these Terms or put users, visitors or Looop at risk, and may report illegal activity to the authorities.
7. Your content
You own the content you add to the Services, such as text, images, links and products ("Your Content"). You give Looop a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, adapt and share Your Content only as needed to run, improve and promote the Services, for example to show your public page. This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law or that others have already shared.
You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights needed to publish it. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without obligation to you.
8. Selling and payments
When selling features are live, you sell directly to your customers. You are responsible for your products and services, your prices, refunds, customer support, taxes and compliance with consumer and other laws that apply to your sales.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, such as Stripe, under their own terms. Card and payment processing fees charged by those providers apply. Looop's own platform fee, if any, is shown in our pricing.
9. Paid plans and billing
Some features need a paid plan. Prices, billing periods, what is included and renewal terms are shown before you pay. Unless stated otherwise, paid plans renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time in your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where these Terms or the law say otherwise. Prices may change with advance notice, and changes apply from your next billing period.
10. Third-party services
The Services may connect to or link to third-party services, such as social networks, messaging apps and payment providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for them. Your use of them is governed by their terms, and connected platforms may change or limit what the Services can do.
11. Our intellectual property
Looop, our logos, software, designs and content are owned by Looop or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not give you any rights in them except the limited right to use the Services as these Terms allow.
12. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to info@meetlooop.com with: your contact details, the work you claim is infringed, the URL of the material, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act, and your signature. We may remove the material and close repeat infringers' accounts.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or close your access if you break these Terms, if required by law, or to protect users, visitors or Looop. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to export Your Content. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
14. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any result, such as sales or audience growth, will be achieved. Nothing in the Services is legal, tax or financial advice.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Looop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to the Services or these Terms. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 100.
Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
16. Indemnity
If you use the Services for a business, you will defend and indemnify Looop against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your sales, or your breach of these Terms or the law.
17. Disputes and governing law
Before filing a claim, please contact us at info@meetlooop.com so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where Looop's operating company is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be handled by the courts there. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims in your local courts.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will post the new version with a new date and, where appropriate, notify you before they take effect. If you keep using the Services after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
19. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any terms shown for a specific offer or feature, are the entire agreement between you and Looop about the Services. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment or agency relationship.
